Maximised energy savings When compared to some filter designs, the CompAir LF range filter elements can reduce energy consumption by providing as much as 20 kPa lower pressure drop throughout the filter element life. For example; a 150 kW air compressor, with at 93% motor efficiency, running 24 hours per day, with an electrical cost of $0.23/kW-hr would create an annual saving of over $6,000!
Reduced installation costs Lifecycle costs are minimised thanks to several ingenious design features such as the filter head design that allows modular connections and the clever Port Plates that easily accommodate the pipe distribution size without having to fit oversized filters.
High quality filter housing The filter housing is made from a high quality aluminium construction and is 100% leak-tested.
Service friendly With ACME threads and a ribbed housing construction, the LF range compressed air filters have been designed to be service friendly.
