HOW OFTEN SHOULD THE OIL BE CHANGED?

Answer

Depending on the usage of the compressor and the type of oil used the minimum change is every 2000 hours or 6 monthly whichever comes first.

WATER IS PRESENT IN COMPRESSED AIR?

Answer

AIR COMPRESSOR SHUTS DOWN OVER TEMP?

Answer

A few issues can cause a shut down of the compressor, low oil levels, incorrect oil used, dirty and clogged oil cooler, thermostat has failed, dryer fault due to high ambient temperatures or cooling fan has failed. HOW OFTEN SHOULD THE COMPRESSOR BE SERVICED?

Answer

Some compressors run 24/7 and others a few hours per day. Each scenario can alter the servicing schedule of the compressor. Minimum is every 6 months or 2000 hours, whichever comes first.

AIR COMPRESSOR WILL NOT START?

Answer

Check the power supply to the compressor. If power is available check the panel display for error messages or fault codes, if present call GCL 0800 886 755 to obtain further advice on restarting your system.
